Policies
Attendance
Good attendance is absolutely essential for effective
learning. However, to avoid infecting other dancers, sick children should not be brought to class. School and family events will also be counted as excused absences. Please contact the studio via phone or email if you are going to be absent.Tardiness
Dancers are expected to arrive and be ready to dance by
the time class begins. If you arrive after your class begins, please check in with the front desk before entering class. Please note that dancers who are more than 10 minutes
late may be asked to sit and observe class that day. Revolution Dance Studio firmly believes that dancers who
are not warmed up properly should not dance, as they are
more prone to injury. If you know you are going to be late, please contact the studio via phone or email.Snow Days
In the event of severe weather, please contact the studio
or check the website. Daytime classes will be cancelled
if the Plainfield schools are closed. Evening classes
may still be held. The studio will contact you if classes
will be cancelled.Holidays and Breaks
Revolution Dance Studio will not hold classes on the
following days:
- Halloween
- Fall Break - RDS will be closed for the entire week of Thanksgiving.
- Winter Break -- RDS will follow the Plainfield Schools winter break schedule
- Spring Break -- RDS will follow the Plainfield Schools spring break schedule
